Movies
In this section, you can add, edit, and delete films. The Movies page is located under the GeeK! -> Movies tab.
How to Add a New Movie
From the GeeK! Admin panel menu, click on "Movies" and then use the "Add New" button to add a new movie.

In the section that opens, fill in the required information to complete the initial step. When filling out this form, you must provide at least the movie's name, a movie genre, the release year, and a poster. If these fields are not filled in, you will receive a warning during the save process.
Once the movie is added, you can proceed to add other features such as cast, images, and videos.

In the opened screen, you can edit the initial information in the General section. This section contains six tabs, and we will cover each one individually.

In this section, you can edit all the features of the movie, including the poster.

Credits Tab
You can add all the cast and crew members of a movie from this section. The number of people you can add is limited to the individuals already listed in the Names menu. Therefore, before adding the cast and crew of a movie, make sure that all the necessary individuals are included in the Names database. If they are not, you need to add them there first. (Names)

In this section, you must first select the job title of the person you want to add to the Credits, such as "Director" or "Acting." These job titles come pre-loaded when you install the plugin. If you wish to edit these job titles, you can do so by navigating to the Fields->Jobs section, where you can also add new job titles.

For roles in the Acting or Voice (Voice Actor/Actress) categories, you can also select the Character that the person portrays. To add a character, use the Characters section to select from characters previously added to the database. Alternatively, you can leave the Character section blank and fill in the Character Name field to specify the character the actor plays.

When adding a person or character, entering at least three letters into the Name Inbox or Character Inbox will help you search for names or characters in the database. Once you find the necessary person or character, select them and click the Add button to add them to the Credits.

The order of the added people can be easily changed. Thanks to the sortable feature, you can rearrange all credits by clicking and dragging them up or down with your mouse.
Gallery Tab
In the Gallery section, you can add, delete, and sort images related to the content. You can also change the poster of a movie.

Upload: Use the Upload button to upload multiple images at once.
Make Cover: Use the Make Cover button to change the content's cover or profile picture (e.g., a movie poster).
Select All: Use the Select All button to select all images in the gallery.
Delete Selected: Use the Delete Selected button to remove selected images from the content's gallery. If an image is not tagged in any other content, it will be completely deleted from the system. However, if the image is tagged in other content, it will only be removed from the current content's gallery (e.g., from a movie's gallery). For more details, refer to the Media Management section.

The images in the gallery also have a sortable feature. To change the order of an image in the gallery, simply drag and drop it to the desired position with your mouse.
Videos Tab
In the Videos section, you can create a video gallery for your content. Videos can be directly added using YouTube links. Simply enter the YouTube link and click the "Add a video" button to add the video to the gallery. Similar to the images in the gallery, videos also have a sortable feature. You can change the order of the videos by dragging and dropping them to the desired position with your mouse.
Articles Tab
In the Articles section, you can add regular posts from WordPress to the news section or remove an existing news article's association with the content. You can search for a previously added post by its title and directly add it to the news section from here.

Token Services Tab
To use Token Services, you must first obtain a Token. You can find all the details in the Token Services section.
So far, we've explained how to manually add a movie. If you want to automate this process and automatically fetch the details, images, and credits of a movie, you should use the Token service. If you have entered the movie's IMDB ID, the system will automatically recognize which movie's information to fetch and will retrieve the data via API.
In the General Tab, if you have entered the IMDB ID as previously mentioned, the Token Services section will be available. Otherwise, you will encounter the following message: "There is no IMDB ID available for this movie. Please enter the correct IMDB ID of the film in the 'General' section. You must enter the correct IMDB ID to use the token service; otherwise, you will encounter an error. If you will not use the token services, you can ignore this message."
Remember, it is your responsibility as the user to enter the correct IMDB ID for the movie whose data you want to fetch.
There are four subtabs within the Token Services section:
General Subtab
When you enter this section, you will see the "Calculate Title Details" button. Clicking this button will only perform a calculation and will not consume any Tokens. It will find the details of the movie and show you how many Tokens it will cost to fetch the data.

If you click the "Update" button and have enough Tokens, all the general movie data in the General tab will be fetched and updated. Additionally, the poster will also be updated.
Gallery Subtab
When you enter the Gallery subtab, you will see the "Calculate Gallery" button. Clicking this button will have the token service present all accessible images for that content and will show you how many Tokens it will cost. You can then select the images you want to fetch in exchange for Tokens.

The Token cost is calculated based on the number of selected images, with a general rate of 10 images per 1 Token. Therefore, it is more efficient to select images in multiples of 10. For example, selecting 30 images will cost the same number of Tokens as selecting 21 images, so choosing 30 images would be more cost-effective.
Credits Subtab
From the Credits subtab, you can fetch the entire cast and crew of the movie. Clicking the "Calculate Credits" button will calculate the Token cost. If you want to apply restrictions to the credits being fetched (default restrictions are applied), you can check the Credits Grab Settings section within the Token Services for more options.

When you click the "Add" button, new names will be added to the Names database. These entries will include only the name and IMDB ID and will be associated with the movie. If the names already exist in the database, the system will recognize them by their IMDB ID and will not add them as new entries but will simply associate them with the movie's credits.
Names Subtab
In the Names subtab, you can fetch the profile photos and general information of the people associated with the movie. This section will only fetch data for individuals related to the film. You can fetch data for up to 50 people at a time. As shown in the image, you can manually select the individuals or use the "Select maximum 50 names" checkbox to automatically select up to 50 people. The system will automatically present new names for you to fetch.

If there are individuals you have previously added and fetched data for, they will not be included in the list. However, if you want to re-fetch data for those individuals, you can uncheck the "List only new names" option. The Token service will automatically recognize individuals whose data has been previously fetched, preventing Token wastage.
